Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations
Standard (non-custom) orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. After 24 hours, we may have already begun making your item and cancellation may not be possible.
Custom Orders
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun. Since every custom piece is made specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds on custom orders unless there is a defect or damage.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged in transit.
